IDNR Issues Report
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources Oil and Gas Division issued just three drilling permits for the week ending Monday, January 23.
Campbell Energy, LLC of Carmi was issued permits for three oil wells in White County. The location of all three wells is Section 20, Township 04 South, Range 14 West. The well names are the Crossville Lease # 1 and 2 and the Booth #1. George Mitchell Drilling of Carmi will be the drilling contractor. Campbell Energy will be targeting the Fort Payne formation at an estimated depth of 4,300 feet.
