Graduated Last Week from Training Academy
Wayne County Jail Sergeants Mike Miller and Lila Flexter attended the graduation ceremony last week of Wayne County Correctional Officer Devon Butler. C/O Butler, 23 of Fairfield, completed his 5 weeks of training at the St. Clair County Correctional Officers Academy in Belleville, Illinois and received an academic award for 3rd highest average in his class. Wayne County Sheriff Chris Otey asks the community to join him in congratulating C/O Butler and wish him the best as he begins serving the community.
